Unlike other factory produce Nitrous Oxide by Exhaust method.Hype whip Nitrous Oxide is produced by Ammonium Nitrate. Heating ammonium nitrate decomposes into N2O and H2O. When a large amount of N2O is dissolved in the water, the water is cooled to produce N2O crystals. When the crystals are heated, N2O will escape.
Exhaust method: Using the integrated process of chemical purification, absorption and rectification to remove impurities in the tail gas to obtain high-purity N2O products.
The advantages of ammonium nitrate method are high purity, high capacity, environmental protection. We are the largest N2O producer of ammonium nitrate method in China.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory of nitrous oxide gas also is trading company we do the filling of 8g/580g N2O cartridge ourselves also.
Q: How exactly does the gas react with food?
A: The gas is approved for use as a food additive, specifically as an aerosol spray propellant. It is extremely soluble in fatty compounds, including cream and other substances used for cooking. In a cream dispenser, the gas is dissolved in the substance, and until the dispenser is used the substance inside remains in its liquid state. Once the cream dispenser is used and the substance reaches the air (when the gas merges with oxygen), a chemical reaction takes place which transforms the substance into foamy or a much more volumized substance enhanced with flavor.
Q: What type of cream dispensers are compatible with Cyberwhip?
A: With the custom screw that comes with Hypewhip, any cream dispenser can be converted as compatible with the system. Hypewhip is especially designed to be universal as an acknowledgement to the wide and diverse range of cooks (and homecooks) who would appreciate its use.
Q: How can I dispose the cylinder? Will it be recycled?
A: Fortunately, Hypewhip cylinders are made out of recyclable steel which means that you can dispose them together with your metal trash for collection. Please note that these cylinders are not refillable and must then be recycled once empty.
Q:What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q: Can you accept customization?
A:Generally, we pack our goods in our own brand.But OEM and ODM are both welcomed.
Q:Can you offer the sample?
A:If you need 8g cream charger,we can offer you the free sample.But for the other pouduct due to the complicated shipping process and high shipping costs, customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
